Sarah is an excellent teacher. She is a very good communicator. She communicates concisely, explicitly and directly in traffic and then afterwards elaborates further with her extensive knowledge and experience. She has a very clear understanding. She is friendly and kind. She was very patient with me and my confidence issues/nerves. I am a much more confident driver after my lessons with her. She is very generous with her knowledge and understanding of driving, the driving test, the process and the environment and you really feel that flow over to you as a student. When she arrived for her lesson, my daughter was rather upset after a difficult morning (not about driving!) - Nicola was immediately calm and kind and took Sarah under her wing. Being my first lesson with Nicola I feel that it went very well! At the start of the lesson I realised that I had misplaced my wallet so Nicola helped me by taking me to VicRoads to get a paper licence which was very kind. Afterwards, she took me on a test route and helped me focus on perfecting my head checks and parallel parks. This lesson was very informative and I feel that I gained quite a lot!
